Customers Choose the New Ruby’s Diner Breakfast Menu Items to Unveil January 2017
NEWPORT BEACH, CA – December 9, 2016 – Ruby’s Diner, creator of America’s favorite burgers, fries and shakes, is taking on a new challenge – discovering America’s favorite breakfast items. Ruby’s Diner is currently testing eleven new breakfast menu items in five California locations including Laguna Hills, Palm Springs, Cabazon and Costa Mesa. Through a digital survey at each table, guests are providing instant feedback on the test menu and the results will determine the new breakfast menu set to unveil January 16, 2017.
The eleven breakfast test items under consideration include the Southern Fried Benny, Country Breakfast Sliders, Breakfast Grilled Cheese, Mile High Quesadilla, 50/50 Hotcakes, Banana Nut French Toast Combo, French Toast Sticks and an Egg White Burrito. Three new breakfast bowls have also been introduced including a Country Sausage & Biscuit Bowl, Hash Bowl and Chorizo Bowl. The breakfast bowls lend to easy eating on-the-go and are an altogether new concept for the Ruby’s Diner breakfast menu, inspired by market trends and the brand’s commitment to evolving to meet customer demands.
“The concept of a traditional diner doesn’t usually lend itself to on-the-go eating, but given today’s fast-paced environment, we are aiming to meet the needs of every customer, including those that don’t have time for table-service breakfast,” commented Doug Cavanaugh, Founder and CEO of Ruby’s Diner. “We are looking forward to reviewing the customer feedback and determining which dishes make it onto the final breakfast menu.”
The breakfast test items will be available at select Ruby’s locations through January 15, 2017. Final menu selections will be unveiled on December 25 and the new Ruby’s Diner breakfast menu will be available at all locations beginning January 26, 2017.
