Five Crowns invites you to treat the women in your life like queens with world-class food and hospitality, making Mother’s Day a memory to cherish. Sunday, May 14, experience special brunch and dinner menus created exclusively for Mother’s Day, courtesy of Executive Chef Anthony Endy.
Mother’s Day brunch offers a robust selection of starters including the Pride of the Crowns salad, Crab and Avocado Mash and a Lobster Bisque. Mains introduce Whole Wheat Granola Pancakes, a Grilled Mahi Quinoa Salad and Eggs Florentine or Benedict.
The Mother’s Day dinner menu starts with choices of the Tuscan Caesar salad, Potato Leek Soup, and Shrimp Cocktail. Mains showcase the Lobster Tail, Seared Icelandic Salmon, Colorado Lamb Chops, Beef Steak Neptune, and a Shrimp Mushroom and Artichoke Risotto.
Multiple selections will be offered on both the brunch and dinner menus including Prime Rib of Beef, prepared in the traditional manner, a selection of complimentary and seasonal side dish options and desserts including Crème Brulee, C.C. Brown’s Hot Fudge Sundae and English Trifle.
