Glen Ivy Hot Springs is pleased to present Ivy Kitchen’s new menu, courtesy of Executive Chef Craig Orrell. As the spring season approaches, bright and vibrant dishes take feature on the menu welcoming fresh and organic ingredients to each dish.
Taste the lush flavors of the season in nourishing new offerings such as the Green Goddess Cobb Salad, Buffalo Cauliflower Flatbread, and Grilled Salmon Burger. Indulge in shareable flatbreads, tacos, and nachos or one of the decadent dessert options, such as the Marquise Chocolate Cake. Aligning with Glen Ivy Hot Springs’ values, the new menu was created with the philosophy of health and wellness at the forefront.
Many of Glen Ivy’s culinary offerings and beverages feature organic, locally sourced ingredients and produce grown on Glen Ivy’s very own property. An array of delicious vegan options, such as Leche de Tigre, Potato & Roasted Mushroom Tacos and the Tropical Fruit and Coconut Parfait are new highlighted specialties on the menu. The new menu has accommodations for various dietary needs.
