Memphis at the Santora Celebrates a Decade!

On Saturday, November 17 Memphis at the Santora will celebrate its 10-year anniversary of culinary excellence. In honor of the milestone the kitchen will be serving up a special menu reminiscent of the first menu introduced in 2002. The crew of original Santora bartenders including Johnny Sampson and Dave Mau will be on staff and DJs will be spinning tunes from the past decade. Come celebrate this special day with The Memphis Group.

Blue Lot Music & Art Festival

Also on November 17, Downtown Santa Ana will host the Blue Lot Music & Art Festival on Bush Avenue. Memphis will be one of many food vendors serving up authentic Downtown cuisine, a beer garden will quench thirsts, and guests can enjoy live music, art and local retail vendors from 4 to 10 p.m. Tickets are just $5 for adults and free for kids under 12.

Thanksgiving Turkey Take Out

This Thanksgiving holiday, Memphis Catering has you covered. Order your fully prepared Thanksgiving dinner including a herb-roaster Mary’s free range turkey with all the fixings by Monday, November 19th and your perfect family dinner will be available for pick up by Wednesday the 21st at 4pm. The Memphis turkey dinner serves between 8-12 hungry people and is $225.

Jive Turkey + Jazz Night

Memphis Café in Costa Mesa presents the annual Jive Turkey event with Funk-Da-Fried Grooves courtesy of DJ Danny Love, BBGuns, and Matt R. on Wednesday, November 21st from 9pm until close. $5 wild turkey specials all night! Also on November 21st, Memphis at the Santora presents Jazz Night with local Santa Ana musician, Peter Seibert, and specialty craft cocktails. Dance the turkey holiday away at a Memphis near you.

November Cocktail Specials

Memphis’ seasonal November cocktail selections feature the $7 Turkey Buck with Wild Turkey Bourbon, house made ginger syrup, fresh lime juice, soda water and bitters. Also on special is the $8 Elderflower Gimlet with Junipero Gin, St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lime juice, shaken and served up. Delicious.

Soldiers to Scholars

Memphis is giving back this holiday season. Executive Chef, Diego Velasco, is preparing and donating an Italian holiday meal and wine pairing especially in support of Soldiers to Scholars with the Santa Ana College Foundation.

Patchwork Indie Arts & Crafts

Santa Ana’s favorite indie arts festival, Patchwork, returns to the Downtown on Sunday, November 25. Memphis at the Santora will be hosting an Outpost on the 2nd Street Promenade patio serving gourmet hot dogs and tap beer from 11am to 5pm.

The Kings Inn Extends to Thursday Nights

Memphis Café in Costa Mesa has become known for its weekly Tuesday night live music event, The Kings Inn. Now fans can enjoy the strong drink specials and live rock n’ roll, country, bluegrass and Americana artists performing at the throwback inn on Tuesday and Thursday nights every week from 9pm until close.
