3rd Annual Event Presents Top World Artists Performing at the Beautiful Waterfront Park
The Queen Mary is pleased to announce that The Expendables and Fishbone will be joining the exciting artistic lineup at the 3rd annual Shoreline Jam festival on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013 at the beautiful waterfront park in front of the historic ship. Pepper will headline the festival followed by top reggae, world, rock and pop artists including The Expendables, Fishbone, Clear Conscience, Ethan Tucker and more special guest artists that will be announced in early August.
The Expendables hail from Santa Cruz, California and are known for their blended roots, reggae, ska, surf and punk sounds. The band has released five studio albums and toured with other notable artists such as 311 and Slightly Stoopid. Fishbone is one of the most distinctive and eclectic alternative rock bands of the 80’s fusing ska, punk rock, funk, and hard rock across seven studio albums and years of international touring since conception.
Specialty food vendors will be serving on-site throughout the Shoreline Jam festival. Event sponsors Heineken beer and BACARDI signature cocktails will be available at both the main and VIP bars. A vendor village will showcase local retailers with novelty items available for purchase.
Shoreline Jam doors will open to the public at 1:30 p.m. The live music will kick off at 2 p.m. and continue until 11:30 p.m.General admission tickets for Shoreline Jam are $25 in advance online and $35 at the door day of the festival. VIP tickets are $75 in advance online and $100 day of show. VIP tickets include complimentary parking, priority entrance, access to the VIP lounge and private bar, 2 drink tickets per ticket holder and front row concert access.
